From Bottle to Filament

Prepare the Bottle
Start by cleaning and drying your PET bottle thoroughly to remove any dirt, residue, or labels. A clean bottle ensures high-quality filament output.

Cut the Bottle
Use the separate motorized bottle cutter to slice the bottle into uniform strips. This standalone cutter operates independently, allowing you to prepare multiple bottles in advance.

Feed the Strips
Insert the PET strips into the dual hotend inputs. The strips are fed evenly and smoothly, preparing them for extrusion.

Extrude the Filament
The dual hotends shape the strips into precise 1.75mm filament. Simultaneous extrusion of two strips doubles the filament production rate.

Colorize the Filament
As the filament is formed, it passes through the improved ink-based colorizer, which infuses vibrant and consistent colors onto the filament.

Pull and Wind onto Spool
The single motor pulls the filament through the dual hotends and directly winds it onto the removable spool, ensuring smooth and even winding.

Filament Welding
If shorter pieces need to be joined, the built-in filament welder creates seamless connections for uninterrupted spools.
