Our promise

If you're not happy, we make it right.

Email us within 72 hours of purchase and we'll refund you in full, as long as you haven't downloaded the design files yet. After download, refunds become case-by-case for technical issues. Real human reviews every request.

How our refund policy actually works

Creative3DP sells digital design downloads, not physical hardware. The moment you complete checkout, your STL files, BOM, wiring diagrams, and assembly video are delivered to your email. That's why our policy is built around the most generous window we can responsibly offer for digital products.

Eligible for refund

  • Within 72 hours of purchase AND files not yet downloaded
  • Download link is broken or files corrupted
  • You never received the order email after 30 minutes
  • Files are missing components versus what was advertised
  • You accidentally bought the wrong tier (Personal vs Commercial)

Not eligible for refund

  • You already downloaded the files
  • More than 72 hours have passed
  • You decided the build is too hard after reading the assembly video
  • You can't source the parts in your country
  • You don't have a printer big enough (specs are listed on every product page)

How to request a refund

  1. Email info@creative3dp.com with your order number and a quick note on why you'd like the refund.
  2. A real human reads it, usually within 24 hours.
  3. If you qualify, we process the refund to your original payment method. It typically appears in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
  4. If you don't qualify, we'll explain why and help you troubleshoot whatever's blocking you from completing your build.

Special cases we always honor

Technical issues with delivery. If you didn't receive the download email, the link is broken, or the files are corrupted, we re-send the files immediately or refund you fully. No 72-hour limit on these.

Wrong tier purchased. If you accidentally bought Personal Use but needed +Commercial License (or vice versa), email us. We adjust the order without making you re-buy.

Duplicate purchase. Bought the same product twice by mistake? We refund the duplicate, no questions.

What you do get, forever

Even outside refund eligibility, every Creative3DP purchase includes:

  • Lifetime updates when we publish design revisions
  • Lifetime email support from a real engineer
  • The right to modify the design for your own builds

That's the trade. You get instant access to the design work plus indefinite support. In exchange, we ask for a fair, narrow refund window that protects us from buyers who download and ask for their money back.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback bypasses our policy and triggers a dispute with your card issuer. We provide evidence of delivery (timestamped download record + email confirmation) for any disputed transaction. Please email us first — we resolve almost every issue without anyone needing to involve their bank.
