The short version: your design is safe.

Our default working agreement is a mutual NDA, you don’t need to ask, draft, or chase one. From the first quote through every reorder and into archived backups, your files stay private. We never reuse, share, repurpose, train on, or display customer designs without your explicit written permission.

Encrypted at rest

Your files live on encrypted storage. Access is restricted to the small team on your job.

Deletable on request

Email us and we delete every file we hold for you, confirmed in writing, normally within 48 hours.

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal & project data Creative3DP collects when you use the website, request a quote, place an order, or share a CAD file with us, and how we protect it.

2. Your design files

This is the most sensitive thing you give us, so we treat it like that.

Your design is safe. Mutual NDA is our default working agreement, in force from your first message, not negotiated later.
We never reuse customer designs. Your files are not shown in case studies, marketing, social posts, or capability decks unless we have your explicit written permission.
We never train on your designs. No AI model, no internal library, no benchmark dataset includes your files.
Access is restricted. Only the production manager and operators directly working on your job can open your files.
Files are encrypted in storage. Backups are encrypted. Transfers use TLS.
Deletable on request. Email info@creative3dp.com and we will remove every copy of every file we hold for you, typically within 48 business hours, and send written confirmation.

3. Personal information we collect

Name, email, company, and, if you choose to share it, phone number, when you request a quote, place an order, or contact us.
Shipping & billing information when you place an order, used solely to fulfil and ship that order.
Basic site analytics (anonymised) to understand how the site is used and to fix bugs. We never sell this data.

4. How we use personal information

To reply to your quote request, fulfil your order, and ship the result to you.
To send order updates, production milestones, and shipping notifications.
To send you occasional email about new materials, processes, or relevant case studies, if you opted in. You can unsubscribe with one click at any time.

5. Who we share data with

We share the minimum necessary information with: payment processors (to take payment), shipping carriers (to deliver your order), tax authorities (when legally required), and our manufacturing partners (only the production data needed to make your part). We never sell personal data or design files to anyone.

6. How long we keep your data

Design files: for as long as we have an active relationship, then for 12 months after your last order in case you re-order. Earlier deletion on request.
Order & invoice records: 7 years, to meet tax & accounting obligations.
Marketing email subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to: see the data we hold on you, correct it, delete it, or export it. Email info@creative3dp.com with the request, we will respond within 30 days (usually within 48 business hours).

8. Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed at people under 16. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy meaningfully, we’ll email anyone who has shared data with us and update the “last updated” date above. You’ll never be surprised by a change.
