Key Features
Modular & Stackable
Build your AeroDry tower with interchangeable chambers. Each module locks together seamlessly using printed fasteners—no glue or special hardware required.
Fully 3D Printable
Every structural element is designed for 3D printing using high-temperature materials like ABS, PETG, ASA, or Nylon. PLA is not recommended. Built to withstand internal heat without warping.
Upgraded Heating System
12V PTC ceramic heaters with up to four heaters inside the vents. Two 120mm blower fans circulate hot air evenly. Rex C100 PID controller for precise temperature management.
Smart Humidity Monitoring
Each chamber includes a humidity sensor slot to track internal moisture levels. Add hygrometers and monitor drying performance in real-time.
Direct Filament Feed
Every chamber features dedicated filament feed-through holes. Print directly from AeroDry without removing your spools, keeping them protected throughout.
Magnetic Doors & Handle
Snap-shut doors with embedded magnets for easy access and a tight seal. Stylish top-mounted handle makes the entire setup portable and modular.
How It Works
All components are engineered for clean printing and easy assembly. Threaded joints ensure strength and eliminate
the need for supports in most cases.

Print Components
Use ABS, PETG, ASA, or Nylon to print all structural parts. PLA is not recommended. Recommended: 40% infill, 3 walls.

Assemble Base
Build the base chamber with electronics compartment, PTC heaters, and 120mm blower fans.

Add PID Controller
Install Rex C100 PID controller and SSR for precise temperature management.

Stack Chambers
Add your chosen chamber sizes using the modular locking system.

Mount internal bearing supports for smooth spool rotation.
