We collect the minimum. We sell absolutely nothing.

When you complete a purchase, we collect:

• Email address — to send your digital download and order receipt
• Name + billing address — for tax compliance and the invoice PDF
• Payment information — handled directly by Shopify and Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

That's it. We don't ask for phone numbers, dates of birth, age, gender, demographics, or anything else we don't actually need to deliver your order.

Your email is used for:

• Sending you the digital download immediately after checkout
• Sending the order receipt
• Replying when you email us with a support question
• Sending the maker drop list (only if you opted in at checkout, one-click unsubscribe in every email)

That's the complete list. We never use your data for any other purpose.

We never sell your email. Not to ad networks. Not to data brokers. Not to other companies. Not even to other 3D printing companies.

We don't run ads on our website. No banner ads, no Facebook pixel, no Google Ads tracking, no TikTok pixel. The site stays clean.

We don't track you across the web. No retargeting cookies, no third-party tracking scripts. The only analytics we use is Shopify's built-in (anonymous, aggregated traffic counts so we know what pages people land on).

We don't profile you. No demographic guessing, no interest-based segments, no "customer scores" sold to anyone.

• Order and invoice records: 7 years (required for tax compliance)
• Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe
• Support email history: 24 months, then deleted automatically
• You can request earlier deletion at any time, no questions asked

We only use the cookies necessary for the shopping cart and checkout to function. Examples: keeping your cart contents between page loads, recognizing you when you return to complete an order.

We don't use advertising cookies. We don't use third-party analytics beyond Shopify's built-in (which is anonymous and aggregated).

You can email us at any time to:

• See the data we hold on you
• Correct any data that's wrong
• Delete all your data
• Export your data to take elsewhere

We respond within 30 days. Usually within 48 business hours.

If we change anything material about how we handle data, we'll email everyone on our list and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. You'll never be surprised.
