No physical hardware is shipped. The non-printable parts (heater, motor, controller, etc.) are sourced separately from links in your BOM.

Digital files only. Every Creative3DP product is a digital download. You receive STLs, schematics, BOM, and video. You print and assemble the build yourself.

We're not a hardware shipping company. We're a design studio that ships the engineering work, so you can build it for the price of the raw parts (typically $40–$230 depending on the product).

Any common consumer FDM printer with a 220 × 220mm bed or bigger: Bambu A1, P1S, X1C, Prusa MK4, Creality Ender 3, Voron, Elegoo Neptune, Anycubic Kobra, and most other modern hobbyist printers.

Luminark (the lamp collection) also works on resin printers (Elegoo, Anycubic, Phrozen).

For products with heat exposure (ExtrudeX, PETFusion 2.0, AeroDry 2.0): PETG, ABS, or ASA. These materials handle the elevated temperatures during operation.

For decorative items (Luminark): any material works — PLA, PETG, transparent resin, all give beautiful results.

Never use PLA for AeroDry or any heated machine. PLA deforms at the operating temperature.

Immediately after checkout, you receive an email at the address you used at purchase. The email contains a secure download link for your design pack. Click, download, you're set.

The link stays valid for 30 days. You can re-download as many times as you need within that window. After that, just email us and we'll re-issue the link.

Three things to check first:

• The spam / promotions folder of the email you used at checkout
• The email address you entered — typos happen
• Allow up to 10 minutes — it's usually instant but can take a moment

Yes. The download link in your order email is valid for 30 days. If you need it after that, just email us and we'll send a fresh link. The files are yours forever — we won't make you re-purchase.

Personal Use lets you print as many copies as you want for yourself, your friends, your family. You cannot sell physical builds based on the design.

+Commercial License lets you sell physical builds of the design — at maker fairs, on Etsy, at your local shop. Same files, different rights.

You can buy the Personal tier now and upgrade later by paying the difference. Email us if you decide to scale.

For machines (ExtrudeX, PETFusion 2.0, AeroDry 2.0): 1–2 weekends end-to-end. Most of that is print time running in background. Active hands-on assembly is 4–6 hours.

For Luminark lamps: each lamp prints in 8–16 hours, then a 5-minute LED drop-in. No assembly skills needed.

Most of our buyers are first-timers. We engineered every design to use crimp connectors and quick connectors only. No soldering iron required. The assembly video walks through every wire, color-matched.

If you get stuck, email us with a photo. Real engineer reply, usually same day.

Your download includes a complete Bill of Materials with direct AliExpress buying links for every component. Just click each link and add to cart. Most parts arrive in 2–3 weeks.

If you're in the US/EU and need parts faster, we also list Amazon equivalents (a bit more expensive but ships in days).

Email info@creative3dp.com with: a photo, your printer model, and what you're stuck on. A real engineer replies, usually within 24 hours.

We've helped first-timers, engineering students, retired hobbyists, and small print farms get to a finished build. No question is too basic.

Only with the +Commercial License tier. Personal Use prints are for you, friends, and family.

Multiple of our buyers run successful side businesses selling Luminark lamps at maker fairs, ExtrudeX-made filament at local 3D printing events, and printed AeroDry units to other makers. Commercial License unlocks all of that.

You can modify for your own use anytime. With Commercial License, you can sell physical builds of either the original or your modified version.

You cannot redistribute the STL files themselves (original or modified). Files stay with the original buyer.

No hard cap. Sell as many physical builds as your time and printer can produce. Some of our license holders run small print farms producing dozens per month.

We offer a 72-hour satisfaction guarantee on digital downloads. If within 3 days of purchase you decide the design isn't right for you and you have not downloaded the files yet, email us for a full refund.
