How it works

01
Check the fit
Slice the largest part against your printer’s actual build volume. Test a few pins and connectors before the full print run.
02
Print the parts

03
Join the panels
Use the printed pins, clips and connectors. Follow the assembly manual and visual flow panel by panel.
04
Fit the window and light
Measure the assembled frame before cutting the 5 mm acrylic. Fit a compatible 60 mm puck LED.
05
Arrange your tools
Choose from 100+ attachments and print the holders you need. Keep frequently used tools within reach.

Quick questions

Am I buying a finished WorkBox?
No. This is a digital STL and documentation package. You print the parts, source the non-printed components and assemble the workstation yourself. No physical product is shipped.
Will the parts fit my printer?
The structure is split into smaller modules for desktop FDM printing. Check the largest part in your slicer against your actual build volume before starting, using the supplied orientation and file guides.
Do I need screws or special tools?
The main structure joins with printed pins and connectors. A rubber or nylon mallet, deburring tool, flush cutters and sandpaper can help with fit and finishing. You supply the acrylic window and puck light.
Does WorkBox filter or purify the air?
No. It is an enclosure with a duct connection, not a sealed cabinet or filtration system. Provide suitable extraction, ventilation and protective equipment for your work. Printed plastic is not fireproof; keep flames and hot tools away from it.
What is the difference between the licenses?
Personal Use is for your own projects. Commercial License — Build & Sell adds the right to manufacture and sell physical WorkBox products and included attachments, subject to the supplied agreement. Neither option permits sharing or selling the digital files.
